Age: Unknown, but at least 500.

History: Neon is a devil that used to live in hell. He decided to leave after most of his friends died. After this he became a wanderer, not really settling down anywhere. He eventually ended up in Gensokyo, he didn't know where he was at first but he learned by asking. He intends to explore the area more in the future.

Personality: Neon is somewhat shy. He acts serious as well. He also doesn't like to kill people unless necessary.

Relationship Status: Single

Children: None

Abilities: Manipulation of the mind

Location: At a house by the Misty Lake.




Not really complete yet. Have yet to add Title and Relationships. Anyway, feel free to leave thoughts or constructive criticism or whatever -.-

Manipulation of the mind? That's pretty broad. How exactly do you go about manipulating the mind?

The ability is one thing i'm not really satisfied with. I'm not sure what it's limits and drawbacks are. Didn't put much thought into it.
